Oxford
Oxford is one of the world’s most interesting historic cities and is especially beautiful in Spring. It has an old world charm and is surrounded by the magnificent Cotswold Hills. St Edmund is the popular choice of delegates and authors following the general acclamation of those who attended the successful meetings in the previous years. There is a social programme and accompanied people are catered for. The number of delegates is limited, the aim being to provide an atmosphere of intimacy and friendliness in delightful surroundings.

St. Edmund Hall
The cost of the conference is £495  includes attendance at Conference, registration fee, two nights accommodation bed & breakfast at St Edmund, Hall of Residence, Banquet on Friday 3rd, social programme and meals.

Front Quad

Accommodation is provided in college and the conference fee includes two nights stay. Rooms are standard but those wishing en suite facilities can be directed to local hotels. However, the cost is a flat rate and cannot be reduced to comply with this arrangement. Each room contains a single bed, wash basin with hot and cold water, shaving lights and sockets and central heating. Showers and/or baths and w.c.'s are provided on each floor. All rooms are secured by electronic security keys; safe deposit facilities are provided to all delegates; the buildings and grounds are patrolled regularly by student security in permanent radio contact with the Lodge and CCTV is installed on all entry/exit points.

Children under the age of 12 can attend for free, if they can share the same room as the parents. Children older than 12 who require an extra room will incur a cost of £55  per room, per night.

Unfortunately, there are no parking facilities at St. Edmund Hall. Parking is limited to the park and ride.
